| Description | Hello, We are a small family that has a room for let in a four bedroom house. This room is the master bedroom, complete with bonus room and large bathroom. The bathroom has a door that opens to the backyard. This rather unique house is located on a three acre parcel, suitable for pasture land. The rental includes: Full kitchen privileges. Your own private bathroom. Washing machine. Water, garbage, electricity paid. Minutes from The Junction. Just a few minutes to Tuolumne City. Our family is fairly quiet and sane, but sometimes we will host a large daytime BBQ or have friends with kids over for dinner or sleepovers. We do not smoke anything or use illicit drugs. Smoking outside is permitted, but is absolutely forbidden inside. One cat is OK as long as they remain in the sublet portion of the house, which is no problem as the private bathroom has a cat door to the outside. As we have small children, we insist on a background check. We will also check your references. This will be on a month to month basis at $425/month.
